EO Flash-PLK was specifically designed to replace the memory Prom cartridge used in programmable sewing machines Mitsubishi® PLK with significant advantages in terms of designs capacity and lightness of use.

The dimensions of the Flash-PLK device are nearly similar to the normal Mitsubishi PLK memory cartridges and it is installed in the same machine slot. The device is written using a Windows® application called EO Flash-PLK Writer that runs perfectly in a common PC computer.

This application reads designs stored in all the popular comercial embroidery codes and send them to the device using a standard serial port through a cable supplied with EO Flash-PLK Writer license.

Once written and inserted in the memory cartridge slot, the device gets power and sends information to the machine through it.

Capacity

The bulit-in memory capacity of EO Flash-PLK is equivalent to 64 original prom memory of 4000 stitches, totalizing a maximun capacity of 256000 stitches. The device memory is organize in 64 folders or partitions. Each partition can hold up to 10 designs or up to a total of 4000 stitches, allowing a maximun of 640 designs.

Installation

EO Flash-PLK device is simply installed in the machine slot intended to the memory prom cartridge.

Designs Selection and Execution

Design selection is acomplished using a pair of numeric switches located in the device front panel. After performing a machine reset cycle, the selected design is available for execution.
