SHC-100 - Laser Cutting and Engraving Machine

Performs cutting and/or engraving of various materials, including different fabric types, plastics, acrylics, wood, etc. The cutting and engraving combination allows producing with great versatility.

The type, thickness and density of material that can be processed by SHC-100/B depend basically on two factors: laser maximum power and head speed, which can be programmed prior to, and even adjusted during actual production.

The laser power and the speed of the cutting or engraving can be programmed not only at the moment of the design creation on the computer, but also at the Control Panel of the SHC-100/B, right before production starts. This programming can be stored for later retrieval.

SHC-100/B can be acquired in various configurations, with laser heads of 30, 40 or maximum power, adapting to a great variety of applications.

An advanced program controls the SHC-100/B operation, solving details with flexibility, precision, stability, efficiency and quality. The Control Panel of the equipment has all the needed functionality, and its operation through its graphic screen is very simple and complete.

The work to be produced in SHC-100/B can be created on graphic software widely available in the market (such as CorelDraw) and/or by embroidery digitizing programs.

Auto Focus + Motorized height: Automatic vertical adjustment of the working plane up to an optimal cutting / engraving distance, focusing the laser beam on the piece to process.; Incredibly useful for cutting or engraving pieces with different heights, since it reduces notably the focusing time of the laser beam, ensuring a more accurate cut and avoiding previous testing.
Removable tray: The working plane can be automatically removed from the cutting/ engraving area, facilitating the removal and insertion of pieces, thus achieving higher production efficiency.; It reduces the time between cuttings or engravings and avoids the need of removing the top cover to withdraw works. The entire working area is withdrawn together with the material.
Rotating device: It allows engraving works in 360º on the surface of a piece, which is impossible to perform with a flat machine. The user can customize the driving tips to his needs.; It has two exchangeable driving plates to adapt to the geometry of the piece to engrave. Also, you can slant it to engrave cone-shaped or barrel-shaped surfaces.
Roller device (handler of fabric in rolls): This device allows processing fabrics or other materials without interruption. It is particularly useful for the textile industry. For example, it automates appliqué creation, enabling the layout of fabric with a maximum width of 900 mm.; When the material to process is supplied in rolls, it will not be necessary to cut it to be able to process it in the laser machine. Once an area was cut / engraved, the system automatically moves forward the material in order to work on the next section.
Hoop-holder: It allows loading the hoops of the embroidery machines to perform cutting and engraving, processing the embroidered pieces, ensuring repetitiveness and process speed.
Working grid: This is a plane with the shape of a grid for the lay out of the pieces to process, which enables the more efficient circulation and removal of smokes arising from cutting or engraving processes.; This is especially useful for the textile and other industries, when you need to avoid the reflection of the laser beam and remove smokes produced that can mark or burn the lower part of the piece.
